Anxiety
Anxiety makes you super stressed.Anxiety has dozens of causes trauma and worry are a few examples. What part of your brain triggers anxiety? The central part of memories stored in the part of the amygdala (part of the brain) which involves very distinct fears. Here is a simple example (dogs,cats etc.) The hippo-campus is also part of the brain that helps trigger the sensation.
Sideffects include:

I have this mental disorder and many others the best thing to do is buy something to fidget with and consult a doctor for medication
